PRODUCT RETURNS

Carroll Technologies Group 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to ninety (90) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase from Carroll Technologies Group is required for all returns and the condition of returned items must be as received unless defective. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to “Final Sale” items and “Special Order” products.

RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS

Unless otherwise noted, you can return products for up to one (1) year from the date of invoice provided that the products are in their original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in saleable condition. You’ll need proof of purchase from Carroll Technologies Group in all instances. Products sold on a “Final Sale” basis cannot be returned. “Special Order” products are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and may not be returnable. Some product returns may be denied or may be subject to restocking fees and other charges by Carroll Technologies Group.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items sold on a “Final Sale” basis include: (i) Custom items; (ii) special-order items; (iii) emergency response items; (iv) items marked as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” in quotations or invoices; and (v) any other items that Carroll Technologies Group may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you need to return an item, contact us directly at Customer Care at 606-573-1000 or email us at support@carrolltechnologiesgroup.com. You can drop off or ship the product to the nearest Carroll Technologies Group location. If you are shipping the product:

  • Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.
  • Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip; if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number, and the item number for the product.
  • Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
  • Ship the package to the nearest Carroll Technologies Group location.
  • Please prepay shipping – Carroll Technologies Group does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).

Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits are allowed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products may be subject to manufacturers’ return policies or have specific warranty instructions. Carroll Technologies Group will work with you to facilitate the return or repair process according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, ensuring that any defects are resolved promptly and to your satisfaction. CANCELLATION OF IMMEDIATE SHIPMENTS

Due to the speed with which we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact Customer Care and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please see Carroll Technologies Group’s terms of sale for cancellation of any other orders.
